Tunji Adegbite attended Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos State and obtained a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management.

He is a member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers, Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria and a member of the Corporate Institute of Risk and Safety Management of Nigeria.

He brings on board cutting edge knowledge and experience in property development, real estate marketing and sales, customer service and facilities management acquired from working with some key players in the market including: Head of Operations & Real Estate Desk at Pacific Shelters & Projects Limited; Head Operations & Business Development Manager at D’ Lord, Maseli & Partners, Estate Surveyors Valuers, Senior Estate Surveyor at Gbenga Olaniyan & Associates (Estate Surveyors and Valuers) / Estatelinks Limited (International Real Estate consultants).

He had earlier worked with Fola Oyekan & Associates.
