Eximia Realty Co Ltd is founded by Hakeem Ogunniran who is also the Chief Executive of the Company. The Chairman of the Board is Professor Bamitale Omole, immediate past Vice Chancellor of the Obafemi Awolowo University and the current Pro Chancellor of Ekiti State University.
